In order to cut weight wrestlers will usually cut a bit of
fat then drastically dehydrate themselves to temporarily make weight for a weigh in. Within hours they regain most of what they dropped because all they dropped was water. Its not a 'real'
weight loss, so I wouldn't copy what they do.
Not to mention the the Jolly Rancher thing sounds ridiculous.
