There is no way to change my shifts. I sleep as best I can during the day. I am usually up at least 3 to 5 times. Includes making dinner and doing dishes. If I work out I am up for the day and I only have access to the
gym until 8pm. As I usually get back to bed at 6-7
pm that does not work. I love my job, but I just wish that I could find more free-time.
It was better before when I didn't flip shifts, but I just am not able to sleep during the day on the days I work let alone on the ones I don't.
