Well... erm, the
binge eating not quite controlled yet. Plus I do something really bad, maybe every 3rd week or so when I binge babdly, I purge (throw up) that food.
I KNOW this is the main symptom of Bulimia, and I refuse to fall into the trap. This is why I need to control my binges, and if there is something yummy to eat, I need to have a little bit so I don't feel deprived and binge later.
Anyway. Yeah, I'm going to belly dancing classes. I stepped it up to 2 classes a week after I'd done it only twice because I enjoy it so much. I have researched a lot about the videos, and it seems there are a few worthwile ones out there. If you're interested I could go find the reviews of the best ones and post them here when I've got time.
