I've just returned to this board after about six months dealing with work and family issues. I checked out your videos and I think it's a great idea! You're just adorable and so honest. Sorry about losing to the two guys in your
Biggest Loser competition at work. Maybe you should suggest that they base the next winner on the biggest
percentage of
weight loss instead of total
pounds. You'd kick their ass if you keep losing like you have been!

). I'll be checking in to see your progress. BTW-There is a Diary board on this site where you can post on your progress, ups, downs, etc. as well. You can put a link to your videos in your post with a short summary for your diary entries.
