| I wrestled in high school and 20 lbs in 2 weeks can be done. Like someone said it is a lot of water weight. You would need to run a lot more then you have been running to accomplish this though. thats why you see a lot of wrestlers running in layers of clothes with plastic bags underneath. this is to get rid of a lot of water (sweat) not saying this is healthy by any means but thats how it is usually done. |
