| there is a thread or two around rewards... you don't have to spend a lot of money on a reward it can be a magazine -a bubble bath - a bottle of nail polish...
You can go to a thrift shop and buy yourself an outfit that's just a trifle too small -or set up a clothing share program with other people who are also trying to lose weight and when you hit that size -your reward is you have somehing new to you - to wear
What got me thru my first 125lbs - was a paper chain I had created ... it was a gum wrapper chain that I made out of pretty paper -and i just kept adding to the chain- it was good incentive to see the chain keep growing... while I wasn't |
