any muscles, but the ones that use it faster are the most used or bigger muscles (abs, legs, and arms are huge ones). Thats also why bodybuilders stride for around 4000-5000
calories a day (seriously now thats just crazy LOL), and they just put on muscle no
fat, because they get a ton of muscle which uses
fat, which builds muscle which uses
fat.
so basicly man if you get more muscle, work out, and eat healthy you will for sure see a huge difference =D!
