Hey hey!
Well went to
gym last night... fumbled around a bit with
gym equipment, but at least got a feel for what my next workout will be like
I went to my weekly weigh in last night and lost 1.3
pounds... proudness!! Even after my birthday weekend! Will be doing another running session this evening, hopefully I can fit it in before my boyfriend gets to my place.
Speaking of fitting in exercise, what a juggle! And I don't even have my own house and kids.... I went from weigh in to
gym to belly dancing last night, all in heavy traffic. I made it all on time, a miracle I swear. I usually ride my scooter around, but yesterday it was pouring so UI had to borrow my mom's car. It sucks coz I can cut past traffic with the scooter
Aaanyway, another day, another challenge, woohoo!
