I'm wondering if anyone has come across any
weight loss programs that focus on wellness "in the mind" rather than simply eating and exercise plans? Not that they are mutually exclusive, just wondered if there's anything out there that helps focus on positive thinking and building self esteem. Seems to me, being well in the
body and well in the mind would create enormous success. Anyone heard of anything?
