Dump the special K -depsire all their advertising they do as a good diet food- it's really not nutritious - find a cereal that has at least 5 grams of fiber (spend soe time in the cereal aisle reading labels... It should also have less than 5 grams of sugar. |
I know you're probably thinking that I need more smaller meals, scattered throughout the day, as well as dumping the special K.
Basically my parents bought 4 boxes of Special K >:O GRR and aren't very wasteful people, so I HAVE to eat it >:O. Also I usually have 2 small meals/snacks, consisted of Vegetables and/or Fruits. Once the Special K is gone, I'll get some more fibrous cereals, also is your basic yogurt with granola in it healthy? Because I could substitute the Special K with that...?
