Smaller meals aren't necessarily the way to go - it's really up to how you feel andhow your
body reacts... If you like the small meals and are satisfied with it - knock yourself out.. but it's total
calories during the day that m atter...
I'mnot familiara with basic yogurt cereal - I'm not a fan of anything that has HFCS as an ingredient - not everyone supports that belief of mine - but I do try to avoid any cereal that has mor ehtan 5 grams of sugar per serving and has less than 5 grams of fiber.
