Purple: That website is amazing! Thank you!! I only got a chance to quickly go through the recipe section...but it's great! Those apple oatmeal muffins look great for breakfasts! and they'r only 93 Cals! (And they'r freezable to keep fresh)
Looking forward to checking out the other stuff on there!


Marcus: Wow! haha.. thanks for all your info! Especially the input on cardio etc...
I never even thought about the heartrate etc part of it ... put that's definately a useful tool, to monitor that and for how long.
Haha..I'v noticed it can be very easy to "do the motions" of excercising,but you'r not really doing it at a rate that is going to benefit in the end.

By the way, the little bit of a workout I had last night was fun! haha.. I'm really starting to get excited about all this! I'll be increasing what it is I do Gymwise as I discover more things to try.... but all in all... I'm so far enjoying the experience!
