Well done for taking the 1st step to losing weight.
I've only been a member for 2 weeks but I can honestly say that I am really really enjoying my
weight loss rather than thinking "what a chore" - and this is all down to the support and encouragement I'm getting from the forum!
If you don't like counting
calories try
