My dads diabetic so all we have is
diet drinks and water last week i have to say i drank about 40 bottles of it my parents support me and are also trying to lose weight, overweight has run in my family for a long time and for meal preporation make it your self on weekends which i do i get a salad and stuff, and its not that i quit its just after a few weeks no matter how much i do it nothing happenes and on weekdays we have vegs and stuff but also pasta and pizza so thats kinda slowing me down
