1 toasted english muffin
1/3 can tuna with chick peas and balsamic vinegar
1 normal bite of lemon cake

fat free french vanilla yogurt
1.5 cups of watermelon
1 piece cornbread
About half of some take-out Indian
vegan dish that I don't know the name of with 1/2 of nan bread (similar to pita)
Workout for 30 min - 227

About 1200
calories - 227 =
Overall, I think this was a pretty good
diet day!
