Maintenance for her is probably under 1500
calories, plus exercise. So 1200 isn't a huge deficit, and with take-out it's hard to tell exactly how many
calories you're getting.
OP, you want to be sure to get enough protein in your
diet, so you can preserve as much lean muscle mass as possible.
