It sounds like you need to start bringing lunch to school for the foreseeable future. Tators are certainly not low in
calories and unhealthy fats.
How about listing an average day's food for the entire day so we can help figure out where you might be going wrong.
Sounds like you should be doing some regular exercise every single day as your metabolism isn't that quick. How about getting outside (if your parents let you) for a 30 minute walk every SINGLE day, rain or shine. I bet that will help get loads of
pounds off, especially if you increase that over time.
