| Im back, and still flabtastic. Ok i am back. I originally started my program on the 2nd of January and wrote in my diary until March 26, then I stopped writing. I don't know why, probably because I "knew" what I was doing and didn't feel the need to write about it everyday. I still ate well and walked 1 hour a day until we took a trip to Las Vegas April 21st. After returning from our trip I totally disregarded healthy eating and exercise and gained a few back. Well its not true........ "whatever happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas"... because it followed me home on my stomach and ass...hahaha. Too much good food and no exercise. So it is time to get back to the program and kick it in high gear! Healthy eating everyday, no fast food, lots of water and exercise. I started weighing in at 367.8 and today weighed in at 331.4, so it is still a 36.4 loss so far. Here goes.......... |
