So, here it is, my
diet day yesterday: *dun, dun, dunnnn*
1/2 cup rice krispies
a splash of milk
1 piece of cornbread
1/2 cup watermelon
1/4 cup rice with a few bites of leftover
vegan indian food
nonfat vanilla yogurt with blueberries
1/2 a medium-sized burger with no-
fat salsa
a handful of chips
grilled onions and carrots
1/2 cup berry Italian ice
1/3 cup kashi unsweetened wheat cereal.. things.. <.< with a splash of nonfat milk
power walk/run intervals for over a mile
I really love writing my
diet journal in this forum. Every time I eat, or want to eat something bad, I think, "Hey, the forum guys are going to read this... I better watch myself!" Very motivational

It forces me into a good
diet day!
