1 cup Kashi Wheat Cereal
1/4 cup non
fat milk
Lunch:
1 nonfat vanilla yogurt with blueberries and flaxseed
About 5 bites of left over Indian Food
Snack 1:
2 Nonfat fig newtons
Very Early Dinner:
Half a cup of steamy bowl of homemade no-
fat soup
1 cup of Strawberry-Banana soy milk
Snack 2:
1 and a half deli roast beef and American cheese roll-ups
Dessert:
1/2 slice of lemon ribbon bread
Two bites of Italian Ice
Exercise:
NONE

My excuse - Finals are next week, so I've been studying like a madman. All of my teachers are cramming in last-minute work that
must get done by Friday, meaning I have lots and lots of long projects to due.
Oh dear god. I have a pool party to go to this weekend!! I'm kind of panicking, because I obviously can't lose my last 10
pounds by then. Kind of a bummer. :/
But I can make it for the next pool party 3 weeks from now! Now THAT I am excited for!! Same for my boyfriend!
