Well the rest of last week went beautifully exercise wise. I eventually did another run, plus a full
body weight workout on the Thursday, plus one more run on Sunday. I'm counting the Sunday one as Week 1's first run again, as last week wasn't too consistent.
My
energy has practically doubled since the exercise! And I lost another 1.4
pounds at my weigh in last night. I've signed up for like 4 challenges on the forum, hopefully I can keep up, hehe. But that should keep me motivated!
