Well, my
diet clubs leader set this as my
goal weight. It's more of a "see how it looks and how I feel when I get there". When I was last at that weight, I did some modelling (I was still considered larger than other models).
I may go down to a minimum of 130
pounds, depending on all the above and on muscle mass. I am really enjoying weight training, so I rate I wanna get all toned and athletic looking!
