Oh, I made the most amazing soup for supper....
It was:
Butternut
Sweet potatoes
Onions
Garlic
Butter Beans
Milk
Olive oil
Sea salt
Black pepper
Cooked that all soft in a pot and then blended in a food processor. It is so divine!!! Also made salmon fillets.
They were
2 fresh salmon fillets
lemon juice
parsley and garlic
Grilled in the oven, goes crispy, yum!!!
Served with a slice of wholewheat bread for the soup.
Ah, I was feeling decadent... so glad I could do it in a healthy way!
So I really should go on this forum more after work... I was going to skip
gym, but now I am going! And that after just reading 3 or 4 posts...
