Question www.fatloss4idiots : is it a new idea?

If you do a google search for "calorie shifting" it is dominated by a website called Fat Loss 4 Idiots / Weight Loss and Diet Center

I was tempted to purchase the diet plan as 90% of the feedback from independent forums suggests that it works and you lose a lot of weight..

but then i thought, what happens if it's a scam (i hate giving a single penny to scammers) & the weight loss cannot be sustained? & why should i have to pay for diet sheets, when im sure the concept is simple? A NHS dietician would surely know the concept & the information would be given freely.

A few things were concerning me. The fact that fatloss4idiots has no support email address (brought to my attention on the forums). Also someone else wrote that your membership times out in 90days (does that mean another outlay of money)..also they suck you into the idea that a diet plan is generated specifically for you (you fill in a data entry form) meaning that you will never be able to show somebody else how to DIY it for themselves. Resulting in a total dependance on the website Fatloss4idiots.

Then i came across this article here American Chronicle | Calorie Cycling - How does Calorie Cycling Work?

summary here:-
Calorie cycling is a common metabolism trick that first came into widespread use in the bodybuilding community as a way to keep your body from settling back into its natural set-point weight.
Calorie cycling, also known as calorie shifting or zigzag dieting, isn't just useful to those trying to put on muscle. It's also a great weight loss technique for those of us who simply need to lose weight.

read the rest on the link above

so that opens up other search avenues

"CALORIE CYCLING" & "ZIG ZAG DIETING"

i will be investigating these to see whether the fatloss4idiots plan is a value for money investment or whether it is re-cycled information packaged in a new box.

If you get there before me then post below.

P.S. keep an open mind to all postings & beware of scammers.
