hi hows it going mate i used to be around 86 kg but i left
weights ect (also 17 years of age) and now im down around the 74 mark and pretty toned also ,the best thing i found was cutting back on soft drink + other really really fatty food + running /walk/running / walk for at least 30 mins at night to burn off the last cals left over +
weights and more
weights trust me mate left
weights for 2-4 weeks (follow guides on youtube and u will be on your way to being happyer =) also aussie aussie aussie =] also take a photo of how u look right now and then in 1-2 weeks of working out ect take a new photo and then u can see the changes (even the smallest changes will make u fill alot better.
