87kg doesnt seem overly overweight, and being young is definatly on your side. I think if you cant afford cohans (which isnt really a scam but it is expensive for somebody still at school).
I think you would do better just dropping out the shit foods and joining up in a
sport. Take up swimming, cycling, squash, or running which should burn a fair few
calories pretty quickly.
