Thanks so much again for everyone's comments. I am now down to 133! That's 50 down, and...however many until I"m happy to go. It sounds little, but I've still got some areas that need a lot of work. Support like this helps a lot!

Anyway, for those who asked, I'm 5'4ish. I started to lose weight when I started to love myself more. Being depressed was causing me to let myself go, and the fact that I wasn't doing anything about it made me feel worse. I know it doesn't sound like a step, but just doing that made me do things naturally, like go out more so I wasn't at home, bored, and eating.

Once it started coming off I may have had a little case of mono to jumpstart me 10 pounds. Hehe. I worked pretty hard for the rest just by working out most days (walking, tae-bo, dance) and not just eating less, but eating healthy foods. I get most of my carbs from whole grains, my protein from chicken, fish, and egg substitute, and I vary the rest with different fruits and veggies. I eat YUMMY food, so don't think that to lose weight you'll be miserable.

I also end every day with a mini piece of dove dark chocolate.
