I still wasn’t making any changes to my lifestyle, so the weight stayed on, and here’s me at age 19, on holiday in September 2007. These are what I consider my “before” bikini pics!

So in April 2008, I decided I was going to do this thing once and for all. I wanted to make a lifestyle change. I looked into programs I could join, and signed up for “Weigh-Less”. We eat according to weighed portion sizes and try to keep foods healthy. As you get closer to goal, the plan eases up, so that you can use it for the rest of your life to maintain.
In the 7 weeks I’ve been with them I have lost 7kg (15lbs). Great, especially coz I suck at math… that’s a kilo per week, sweet!
These are pictures I took of me last week. They look about the same as the bikini pics, but I picked up a lot beginning of this year and had to lose all that to get to where I am now. So here are my “just getting started, 7 weeks in” shots:
