What do you eat - a typical day?

If we all post what we eat on a typical day then it's an easy way of sharing some daily eating plans. Can we include portion sizes too, please?

Breakfast: Small bowl of porridge with skimmed milk.

Lunch: Cheese sandwich on wholemeal bread. No butter and small amount of grated cheese.

Dinner: Salmon fillet with rice and steamed vegetables.

I snack on raisins, banana, sunflower seeds or apple.

I am new to this, so if anyone thinks my daily plan is less than ideal, please tell me.

My Food Intake for Today

Breakfast
- 2 egg whites on whole wheat light bread + 1 oz swiss cheese
- 20 oz green tea Crystal Light Lemonade mixture
- 1 medium banana

Lunch
- 2 cups mixed greens, apple chunks, mixed vegetable salad
- 1 can Progresso vegetable soup
- 1 tbsp salad dressing (low cal)
- 1.5 cup strawberries

Dinner
- 6 chicken nuggets (baked)
[OK not the best, but I had a few cals to play with today]
- 1 Light n Fit Yogurt

This is for today. I don't eat exactly the same thing every single day and frankly cannot see how anyone would want to do that. The only thing that goes unchanged throughout for most of the week is my yogurt for dinner. Sometimes I add nuts to add a protein boost (specially after a hard workout).

My no. 1 rule is not to obssess and simply try to keep my daily calorie intake between 1200 - 1600 calories.

Honestly I have very bad eating habbits.
Breakfast I usualy drink a glass of water, soda, or nothing

Snacks I dont eat snacks at all

Lunch I eather drink whats listed above or nothing

Dinner I eat a nice normal meal, Like 3 tacos (fat draned Lots of veggies no sour cream), Or a pasta of some kind, or Ill make stake and shrimp, or sometimes we have hamburgers, Ill admit unless its tacos or salid we eat mostly meat for dinner.

Now I know this way of eating is not helping me at all My dr chewed my butt for it when i was preg with my 2nd little girl but I cant help it. I get sick if I eat alot of little meals. Some times I can eat through out the day and I usualy make a large salid (turky, cheese, sunflower seeds, bacon, and what ever dressing I feel like) and Ill munch that through out the day but thats rare.
