I'm actually finding it kind of difficult to rack up even the minimum
calories for the day. I constantly end up at 1050
calories, but even that's after dinner. I just don't get it. I mean, I'm not starving myself, I have what I want, I just eat less of it. I don't go to bed hungry or anything. I don't have an eating disorder. Why am I finding it so hard to meet the minimum? I don't feel like I'm missing out on eating... I just don't understand. I don't have anything against food in general...
Does anyone have any suggestions to help me beef up my calorie count in a healthy way?
