Laura, I feel for you! I'm sorry but I know(knew) nothing about PCOS. Others may be able to help you more about what following the program will do for that but I can only say I am so grateful for following the program & losing the weight I have been carrying around for over 20 years. I think, if it's an hormonal thing, that the program should help get some balance. I hope it does. I will keep an eye out for you.
