10 after breakfast is quite a start, but I'm sure today will be fine all the same (I do get 30, ya know). I was going to bike today but my phone just got a new battery, which is charging, so I couldn't take it. I'm a little let down, but Justin and I are going to the
gym today, so I'm okay.
30 minutes at the
gym on the elliptical! That's +4 for me which =34 to aspire to!
