Hi WilsOn!

Your story reminds me of my son who is now almost 21 years old. When he was about 16 he made up his mind all on his own to start dieting. I had been talking to him about trying to eat low carb and trying the Atkins diet, but it didn't seem like he was listening or paying any attention, and then all of a sudden he just wanted to do it. In a little less than 2 years he lost half of his size - he was about 380 pounds and dropped to about 185-190. He didn't do any exercise for quite awhile and then as he got going with the weight loss he eventually started getting more active. He has pretty much kept it off now. If the weight starts to creep back on he starts watching what he eats again more carefully and gets it back off.

I am still amazed that he did it, and am so proud of him. It is inspiring to me, and thought it might inspire you too. I still don't know how he got his mind so set that he just NEVER went off of it and stuck to it so dedicated for so long. YOU can do it too!!! Best wishes to you!!!
