Hey! 230 on 5 feet 11 is a lot smaller than 230 on 5 feet 2 (me!). So don't make it 50
pounds or bust. And remember, the 16 year olds have a higher metabolism than many other people trying to lose weight. Besides relying on parents for food it's supposed to be easier. The other two replies are right, but 20
pounds looks a lot smaller than you're probably thinking, especially if you tone up.
