Find something to keep you from being bored... and doing something other than snacking.

Nutrition is going to be your biggest factor in losing weight... as well as consistent exercise... but the nutrition first and foremost...

Talk to your parents/guardians about your goals and help do some meal planning.
Get an account at FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal or one ofthe 100s of other free sites on the web to keep track of your calories... and weigh and measure everythig that goes in your mouth...

Spend some time wit the stickied threads - -especially nutrition, on topic and exericse.. the nutrition section will help you figure out a reasonable calorie goal to shoot for....
