Find something to keep you from being bored... and doing something other than snacking.
Nutrition is going to be your biggest factor in losing weight... as well as consistent exercise... but the
nutrition first and foremost...
Talk to your parents/guardians about your goals and help do some meal planning.

calories... and weigh and measure everythig that goes in your mouth...
