As mal said if you want to get it done you need to focus on
nutrition. with exercise alone you would need to burn 7000 extra
calories through exercise a week to lose 2lbs. And that is IF you are only consuming a maintenance level of
calories. Thats a bunch of exercise and a whole hell of a lot Wii Fit.

That statement tells me you DO not what to do. Quit eating out of boredom. Eating is pretty lousy entertainment anyway. Looks like you have hobbies to keep you busy.
