pounds at weigh in this morning. I think I need to step it up food wise, because I believe I may have reached a plateau. I think mcDonalds last night may have been a bad idea.
It's kind of frustrating that even though I had a relatively low calorie intake yesterday, I gained almost a
pound. Grr...
Any tips on breaking a plateau (if that's what this is)?
Gah... I'm just so irritated. I guess, looking back, I've eaten low calorie, but not necessarily healthy. :P
Any tips on eating healthy when you don't like health food?
