something you might want to really keep track of and that's
calories - doesn't really matter so much where those
calories are coming from -healthy foods nor not - they all still count..
1/2 cup of peanut butter is probably about 700 or so
calories... so you really might want to consider keeping track..

nutrition forum should give you a general idea of how many
calories a day you should be getting...
