%$@! I did it again. Chick-fil-a 12 pack and medium fries for dinner, my
calories were still a little low so I had a few bites of cherry-lemon sorbet and a bowl of chips. I didn't go way over or anything, but I was going to try to eat healthy. Now I don't really feel like eating anything, and I have the undeniable knowledge that I tried, but not really, and failed. I didn't even get on the
treadmill today, I realized too late that my mom was coming home in like 5 minutes so I ran upstairs to get my shower and then I just didn't get back on.
Ergh. That's a piss off.
:P Whatever. What should my calorie intake be?
I try to stay around 1200, but I've been reading more and I'm not sure that that's the best idea.
OH OH OH OH OH!!! My mom said when I lose a total of 20
pounds, we'll go shopping for a new shirt! Yay!!
