Tonight was strange. I wasn't very hungry -but I just kept eating and eating and eating. It wasn't bad food - salad - but I think I had enough for 4 people! I made a special dressing that was beyond yummy of peanut butter, soy sauce, water, chives and spicy peppers. It was totally satisfying - but I just kept eating! Tips on how to stop? If I have something in my house its SO hard not to just gobble it up.
For desert (because I love a sweet taste after salty) I had a mini-yogurt drink. Its only 40 cals,
fat free, delicious and good for me.
