| The best thing that I ever did was get a pedometer and wear it all day long every day. It goes on when I get dressed in the morning and comes off when I go to bed. I count every step of the day. The pedometer challenges you to do more steps. You find yourself walking extra around the house if your steps are not what you consider to be an appropriate number. The extra walking really helps the weightloss along.
