I started taht today anyway, it says its better if u have only watermelon the first day but for some reason i cant find one in the shops lol, so i had some melon, mango and an apple.
I've been to the
gym as well, they did my monthly measurements, i'm 143
pounds which i knew, i've put inches on in my chest, lol probably the pill but everywhere else i've lost. Actually she said i'd gained in my waist, but where she measured was much higher than the last woman, and not round my waist line so i'm going to measure it myself because it feels smaller to me.
