I could be wrong here but I think I know why you've hit a 'plateau'. The fact is, you've definately not plateaued, and I think you probably know that. If you look back on your past diary entries, you will see that you have had McDonalds twice in the past week, chick-fil-a, you ate out twice yesterday and had 2 donuts for breakfast.
You
cannot lost weight by working out and not changing your eating habits. You have already talked about stepping up your
diet.
So do just that. Instead of 2 donuts, have one donut and a piece of fruit, or some cereal instead of any donuts. You need to really stop eating all the bad food that sucks you in. I know it's hard, but in the beginning of your diary you where eating fairly well AND YOU LOST SOME WEIGHT!! Just go back to making healthy choices. No more McD's or donuts for breakfast.
That's my advice.
