It sais you can do this diet for 11 days, and you will lose 9 lbs, and after the 11 days you take three days off eat regular food again and then you can repeat it if you need to lose more. Even up to 100 lbs. Wow doesnt that seem like it is magic. Has anyone heard of such a thing and is it safe. Has anyone had good results with it what if anything are the pitfalls of this system, other than spending your money on their diet and maybe it not work? I am all ears.
