| Why do you have trouble staying on track? It's been my experience that people run into this problem because they put themselves on an entirely too restrictive a plan... and then give up and binge... if you forget the diet mindset and instead think about lifestyle change (which is good for your entire family... ) where you can incorporate your favorite foods and bring in new ones.... as well as moderate exercise... then you'll have no trouble staying on track.
Welcome to the site.. spend some time reading around the forum, there's a wealth of good info in the stickied threads.. Start yourself a diary below -it's a great way to have other's get to know you better... and read other's diaries so you can find someone that you click with...
