Rep Power: 292668 | | | New Years Resolutions Its that time of year again everyone! Time for resolutions. My resolution this year is to loose my weight. All of it. I'm sure I can loose it in one year (60pds). My more specific goal is to loose an average of 8 pds a month. I want to make going back to church a priority. I also want to try my best to be a better mother and wife. So..what are your resolutions?? |

Rep Power: 10 | | | i'm going to stay away from actual weight goals, but instead stick to activities. I plan to walk everyday and then alternate running and weight training ... the scale is just too deceptive to use as a goal ... mirrors, measuring tapes and friends are my best tools. |

Rep Power: 62 | | | Oh if I put it in writing I guess I might stick with it more.
1. Stick with my weight loss program,..as I wrote when I started I am giving myself unitil my 40'th birthday dec 2005 to be at my goal weight. 63 lbs left to go.
How I plan to reach this goal is by
- going to the gym 4 times a week
- having a low GI diet
- eliminating alcohol
2. Give thanks more often
How I plan to do this
- Say a prayer each night
- Go Worship God each Sunday
- Verbally tell my family what they mean to me on a regular basis
- Focus on the blessings in my life, instead of what I wish I had. Health, happiness and family is more than anyone can ask for.
- Do an act of kindness if not everyday at least once a week. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | I'm not having weight loss as a resolution because I'm sick of saying it every years and giving up before the end of january. I'm going to keep that as a personal goal.
My new years resolution is to get my licence. I'm 20 years old and never went for my licence, now I have to do it because
a. not being able to drive limits job opportunities
b. I will less reliant on others
c. My partner has lost his licence again and it seems he's not going to learn to stop speeding for quite sometime.
d. We have a gorgeous beast of a car in the garage that I can't drive!!! And for 3 months neither can he...... |
