I was wondering if Steve or another informed person on the board could evaluate my stats and decide if I could lose 100
pounds in 12 months.
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 273
I would like to get down to 160 or so. So far I've lost 50
pound in 11 months. What do you think it would take to do it? Not that I need to lose it in year, I'm just curious if it would be possible.
