| Unfortunatley we are all different sizes, have less active or more active lives, do lots of exersiz,e or not eat healthy or not so much etc etc. 100lbs is easily reachable within a year depending on comitment and motivation. You have to give 100% and nothing less. Yes there should be times for holidays and such but it's all a part of being sensible and eating healthy. There are plateaus and binges, boredum and fustration.
At the end of the day you have to visualise the real reason why you want to loose weight and stick to it. 100lb in a year is not out of reach if you really want it.
