sounds like there are some mixed feelings about this...
I think that when it comes to loosing the last 10-20
pounds FAD diets just won't do the job.
Here's what worked for me:
- eliminate what your
body do not need
- eat what your
body needs - foods that nourish
- steady and moderate exercise and stretching
Fad diets are great for "skimming the top" but when it comes to really slimming down to your ideal weight - proper
nutrition and proper exercise really does the job and it just keeps on getting easier - and I feel AMAZING
