This past week has been my best exercise wise. Also got in almost enough fiber each day. I can't wait to weigh in on Tuesday... I'm on PMS though, but thinking of taking half a water-retention diuretic pill tues morning... weigh in's in the evening. So I reckon that lets me know exactly where I'm at.
I want to try get some ground psyllium seeds or flax seeds to help get some more fiber in from cereals and yogurt and stuff... like, sprinkle it over.
Sorry my writing is a bit haphazard tonight, I'm tired! I'm going to a 7am Monday morning
yoga class tomorrow... and she works us pretty hard!
